Car Rental Terms

Safety

All Vision Group authorized car drivers are insured with simple insurance, i.e. third party insurance. The combined insurance where the renter of the car in the event of an accident has full coverage of the damage in addition to the exemption for which he will be informed by the Vision Group representative (depending on the vehicle) is charged by the day depending on the type of vehicle. What does it not cover? Damages caused by intent or negligence Damages caused by using the wrong fuel Damages resulting from breach of contract Damages caused by acts of terrorism. Damage caused to the car's underbody, roof, antenna, mirrors and tires or while the car was on a boat.

Kilometers

The renter upon receiving the vehicle must inform the Vision Group representative whether the car will be driven within the region (250 km/day) or outside the region (over 250 km/day). CAUTION! If the renter travels more than the agreed kilometers then 0.04 cents per kilometer is charged.

Warranty

For the rental, upon receipt of the car, a guarantee amount will be reserved on the driver's credit/debit card which will be returned in full at the end of the rental, as long as no other charges arise. The release of the amount can take up to 14 days depending on the issuing bank of the card. The amount of the guarantee varies by car category. Otherwise the customer can give the deposit amount in cash. Therefore, when returning the car, he will receive back the full amount of the guarantee, as long as no other charges have been incurred.

Payment Methods

For all categories of vehicles the hirer must present a credit/debit card accepted by Vision to cover the amounts relating to the guarantee and the repayment of the rental costs. The remaining amount should be paid upon delivery of the vehicle either by credit card in the driver's name or in cash. A credit card is required for warranty purposes.
